In a late Sunday night post, Musk noted that the Social Security database listed people aged 100 or older “death field is set to false!”
He quipped, “Maybe Twilight is real, there are a lot of vampires collecting social security.”
Musk shared a chart showing that millions of people are listed between the ages of 100 and 159, and some are listed even older.
The Office of the Social Security Bureau of the Inspector General’s report issued in 2023 noted: “Our audit shows that this number includes the number of “living” holders who are around 100 years old than the U.S. Census Bureau estimates and live in the United States.”
