There is no swing club, the avoidable move is to get your trail straightening before impact. It’s a tough mode for many players, but it’s a drill that can certainly help.
Grab your lower lift wedge and set the ball as the ball. When you take the club back, turn around and avoid touching your wrist. Stop slightly at chest height and then swing forward using only the legs and core. Similar to your defender, done below chest height.
The load through the drill is a dramatic version of the real swing, but by overuse of these feelings, you will find a happy medium as you fluctuate all and partly in the course. In many ways, it can help you keep the arms of the trail on the top of the club for longer.
That’s when you get that crush.
