A few months after moving from the United States to Spain, the actor Richard GereWife, Alejandra Silvasharing their lives.
On Wednesday, March 19, Silva shared photos of Gere with their two sons to celebrate his first Spanish Father’s Day.
“Happy Father’s Day in Spain,” Silva, 42, wrote via Instagram.
Gere, 75, and Silva have been married since 2018 when they met each other while visiting Italy in 2014.
Originally from Spain, Silva moved to the United States to be with Gere when he continued as an actor.
Recent interview Jimmy FallonGray said, it was time to return favor in their decision to move back to Spain.
“My wife is Spanish and she gave me about seven years here, so we’re going to spend a few years in Madrid with her family. Our kids are bilingual, so they’ll thrive there,” he said in November 2024.
Earlier this year, Gere and Silva opened up new life in Spain when they talked to them. ElleEspañahe described Gale as a family man.
“Richard is a very religious and current father. He loves to read their stories. It seems like an idyllic photo, but it is true. He is a great father,” Silva shared.
“He doesn’t cook,” she added. “I do that, but when I cook, he plays the guitar.”
Gere and Silva shared Alexander, 6, and James, 4.
Gere also has a son from a former relationship, Homer, 25. Like 11-year-old Albert.
“The truth is, you see us in our momentum,” Gere told ElleEspaña In Spain. “We are happier than ever. She, because she is at home, because, if she is happy, I will be happy. ”
“We have the same values,” Silva called her “soul mate.”
She continued: “We saw the world in the same way, and from the first moment we felt like we had known each other for a long time. This only happened once, and if it happened…we were united with the karma of our previous life.”
Silva and Gere rarely share glimpses from their family public. The Father’s Day celebrations took place after Silva shared their family vacation with the Maldives in February.
