World No. 3 and two-time champion Rory McIlroy will compete in the RBC Canadian Open, tournament organizers announced Thursday.
The RBC Canadian Open will be held June 4-8 at TPC Toronto Osprey Valley North in Caledon, Ontario.

“Rory brings Canadian fans the opportunity to see talent at the highest level in our home country.”
McIlroy, 35, won at Hamilton Golf and Country Club in 2019 and again at St. George Golf and Country Club in 2022, making up for events canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. The Northern Irishman has finished in the top 10 in each of the past two years.
“Rory is one of the top golfers in the world and Canadian golfers have been extremely supportive of him during tournament week,” said tournament director Ryan Paul.
