Quiet Florida neighborhood sways after three children found dead are kidnapped
Authorities are investigating a triple homicide involving a Florida man who was the subject of an amber alert issued last weekend for his young daughter.
Nathan Gingles, 43, is accused of kidnapping his 4-year-old daughter Seraphine Gingles and was charged with three first-degree counts on February 16 murder.
When the girl was later found safe, her mother, grandfather and neighbor were killed.

Authorities responded to reports of the shooting in Tamarac, Florida around 6 a.m. Sunday, where they found 64-year-old Seraphine’s grandfather David Ponzer , gunshot wounds on the back patio at home, Broward County Sheriff’s Office had gunshot wounds in a press release. Ponzer was pronounced dead at home.
As part of the investigation, police learned that the 4-year-old was taken from home and issued a statewide amber alert to the public.
Law enforcement believes she was taken away by her father with Texas license plate on the 2016 silver BMW X3 and in danger. Authorities also initially believed that Sephin’s mother, Mary Gingles, 34, was with them.

Hours after the amber alert was issued, detective reports found Nathan Gingles and his daughter unharmed, soon at 11 a.m. in North Lauderdale.
Nathan Gingles was initially arrested for violating a ban on having no contact with the child and mother.
Mary Gingles was later found dead in a gunshot wound at another Tamarac home on North Plum Bay Parkway. Another 36-year-old Andrew Ferrin was found dead in the same family, according to police.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office diving team searched the nearby canal and found a gun that was believed to be a weapon used in the crime, police said.

Gums were held in the main prison in Fort Lauderdale and faced three counts of premeditated first-degree murder with a gun, according to Inat records.

In one incident, Mary called a deputy in December and said her husband threatened to kill her. Tony said an agent responded and spent 30 minutes collecting Mary’s information and there might be enough evidence to arrest the gum but not arrested him.
