Phil Mickelson suffered a minor shoulder damage in a gymnasium, and will miss the opening battle in the Liv Golf season in Saudi Arabia this week.
Mickelson, 54, announced the news on social media on Monday.
Ollie Schniederjans will replace Mickelson at Liv Field this week and start with the Hyflyers team of Liv Golf Riyadh from Thursday. Hyflyers is still looking for their first team victory.
Mickelson said he is expected to participate in the competition at the Lif Adelaide at the Golf Club in the Grand Vichi Club in Australia next weekend.
He said: “I will definitely miss the opening battle of this season, but I look forward to the Adelaide competition.”
The 31 -year -old Schniederjans grew up in Georgia. He almost won the full Liv card in the Liv Golf Promotions event at the end of last year, but won the right of 10 international competitions in 2025.
He wrote that Sunday that Sunday won the International Series Indian series at the US Open Championship and Lif Star Bryson Dechambeau. Another stroke in the third place sat in a pair of liv players Joaquíniemann and Abraham Ancer.
