Opening: Tokyo Series, Freeman, MLBTR Chat

With the official broadcast of the 2025 MLB regular season, we will pay attention to three things in the baseball world throughout the day:
1. Tokyo series continues:
The first game in the Tokyo series is in the book. Just before the first game started this morning, the Dodgers announced that star first baseman Freddie Freeman Scraped from the lineup due to discomfort in the left rib. It is worth noting that Freeman played due to a rib injury during the 2024 playoffs. Freeman had previously said his rib problems improved during the offseason, but it is not clear whether today’s discomfort is related to previous injuries.
