Opening match: Brewers, Sasaki, MLBTR Chat

As spring training continues, today, MLBTR readers can focus on the following three things:
1. 40 winemakers moved, and the MRI results were on the way:
Brewers added a veteran’s arm to the rotation yesterday when they agreed to a one-year contract with Southpaw Jose Quintana. The signing will require a corresponding 40-man lineup before it can become official. Currently, brewers have no obvious candidates to visit the list of injured 60 days. Although it is the exact timeline of Southpaw DL Hallwho is dealing with LAT injuries, is still uncertain. When injured, manager Pat Murphy said Hall would be shut down for several weeks. There has been no firm update since then, but the comment has been posted three weeks ago. If Hall can resume throwing in the next week or two, it probably won’t take him two months to start the regular season.
The winemaker does have another kind of injury situation to monitor, as a left-handed Aaron Ashby Yesterday he was injured. He is doing imaging to determine the severity of the problem. Initial tests showed that Ashby’s injury was unlikely to take a month’s absence, but winemakers could wait until they had more information about the Southpaw schedule before assigning a player to the task to open Quintana’s roster.
2. Sasaki First appearance:
Of the many free agents signed this winter, perhaps no one is more eagerly looking forward to it than right-handed Roki Sasaki. The 23-year-old entered Major League Baseball this winter after four leading seasons with NPB’s Chiba Lotte Marines and eventually signed with the Dodgers at the end of his postal window. Manager Dave Roberts told reporters last week (including Sonja Chen of MLB.com) that Sasaki will make his debut despite not starting the game. On the contrary, Sasaki is expected to follow the starter Yoshinobu Yamamoto When the Dodgers with red square feet. The game is scheduled for 6:05 pm local time and will see the Reds send top prospects Chase the little Go to the mound opposite Yamamoto. Petty, a former first-round draft pick, came to Cincinnati in the 2022 trade to ship Sonny Gray to the twins.
