Golf returns to the red carpet, all thanks to the happy Gilmore.
Tuesday morning Adam Sandler released the latest trailer Happy Gilmore 2a sequel to the golf cult movie’s favorite movie. The trailer, Netflix’s second release, arrives on Super Bowl Sunday for the first time, focusing on the new movie, which will debut later this summer on the streaming giant’s golf hobby.
The trailer is made up of many of the biggest modern stars of golf, including Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy, Scotty Schefler and Bryson DeChambeau Happy Gilmoreold man. Sandler will reprise the role of a hockey player at the center of the film to golfer, while Christoper McDonald will play the role of shooter McGavin. Other sports movie stars expected to make cameo appearances in the film include Travis Kelce, Benny Safdie, Bad Bunny and Nick Swardson.

The film will debut on July 25 with streaming audiences around the world, ending a 14-month production process that includes fall shooting with many of the world’s best golfers. Netflix has an outstanding production relationship with Sandler and ordered the film last spring. Ribbons hope to take advantage of the surge in common popularity of golf through this movie, and join other streamers like AppleTV to order golf-related shows.
