Kempin, chief executive of North America, will resign on July 1

Jeff Bardsley Will replace Kempin as CEO of North America. Bardsley brings a wealth of experience, spending 27 years with the Head over the past 32 years, including 27 years as Vice President of Sports Marketing for Rackets in North America with Head Canada.
