Joaquín Niemann wins Liv Golf Singapore event

Chile’s Joaquín Niemann won Singapore’s Liv Golf with five shots on Sunday, winning his second victory in four games of the season.

The 26-year-old Niemann played at a golf club with 17 shots under 17 in the final round of the 65 shots under 65.

“Today was one of those days,” Neman said. “Everything is gone. ”

American Brooks Koepka ranked second with a score below 12, while Ben Campbell ranked third.

“It’s not really great,” Koepka said. “But kind of tried to figure out how to finish second, because the first time was obviously out of reach.”

The overnight leader Dustin Johnson defeated two games, including four bogeys and two birdies, ending with a nine-shot advantage.

In the team game, Fireballs GC, captained by Sergio Garcia, won by less than 22 shots, three leads over Legion XIII and four leads in the 4aces GC.

“This week has been a tough week because I’ve been sick all week and can’t help the team the way I want,” Garcia said. “It’s impressive to see my teammates perform to get this win.”
