Cameron Matheson warns LA fire comments could be devastating for victims

“All My Children” actor Cameron Matheson has advice on what not to say to people who lost their homes in the Los Angeles fires.
“Maybe if you share or comment on someone who lost their home in a fire and everything they owned, everyone has a very different relationship with their house,” the TV star said in a clip shared on Instagram.

“Some people may just move around a lot. Some people may move to Los Angeles but bring all their childhood stuff back home with their parents. And then some people may have been in that house for a long time and that really represents a lifetime. “The memories, this is where their kids grew up and everything they had — everything they owned — is in it,” the “General Hospital” star explained, “from their childhood to their kids’ childhood. , which represents a physical experience.

Matheson previously revealed that he left behind some “valuable” items when he evacuated his home due to the Eaton Fire. The actor only took his passport, birth certificate and photo album because he “didn’t really believe” he would lose his house.
