Federal employees can choose to return to the office full -time, but according to the White House memo of the White House, these workers can be cut later.

Memorandum records: “At present, we cannot fully guarantee the certainty of your position or agency, but if your position is eliminated, you will be treated with dignity and will provide protection for this position.”

Following a series of execution orders signed by Trump last week to employees, they asked employees to return to the office full -time, change the recruitment process and update the system to evaluate senior government workers.

Less than two weeks after Trump returned to the presidential position, the move was when he was eager to reduce federal expenditure, and he implemented the agenda to relax the US economy and reduce the government scale.

Trump ordered billionaire Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead a new government efficiency department to find federal plans for cutting plans. Ramaswamy has left Doge.

On Tuesday, the White House released a memorandum that frozen the federal payment, including the plan to help the poor in the country, but the federal judge stopped the plan a few minutes before the plan was effective.

Last week, the Trump government stopped the foreign aid plan and proposed scrapped loans and gifts for clean energy projects.

Memorandum said that the Republican President expects that most federal agencies may reduce scale, although the labor scale of some institutions and military branches may increase.

The proposal may affect most of the federal labor. The December report of the Personnel Management Office found that 43 % of civilian federal workers engaged in remote operation based on “conventional or situation”.

The offer to employees did not say how much money it would save from the federal employee acquisition plan. The White House did not immediately respond to the request of the comment.
