Ducks get goalkeeper peel | theahl.com

Anaheim Ducks have obtained goalkeeper Ville Husso Red Wings from Detroit for future consideration.

Husso will report to Ducks’ AHL branch (San Diego Seagull).

Husso made 13 appearances this season at Grand Rapids Griffins in the AHL, with an average of 2.70 goals, a percentage saving of 0.912 and 2 closings . He also competed in nine NHL games with Detroit.

Husso was selected by St. Louis in the fourth round of the 2014 NHL Draft, played 141 games with the Bruce and the Red Wings in five seasons in the NHL and was drawn with a 3.05 GAA (3.05 GAA) 70 -45-18 record.901 percentage savings and seven off.

In the AHL, Husso played 59-58-16 in 143 games against Chicago, San Antonio and Grand Rapids with a 2.68 GAA, a .909 percentage of the profit margin and 13 games. He was selected as the AHL Jeolloki in 2017-18.
