Costco Chocolate Cakes Devoured by Possum: “We’ve all been there, girl”

A hungry possum, with an unparalleled sweet-loving hungry possum, is ready to recover after eating an animal rehabilitation center Costco and eating the whole chocolate cake.

“I’m related to this possum on a spiritual level,” one Facebook user wrote.

Others defended the unusual diet of the possum.

Another user said: “To be fair, if I had eaten the whole Costco chocolate cake, I might also be gasping.”

“We’ve all been there, girls,” another wrote.

Chocolate cakes (whether from Costco or otherwise) are not a normal part of the opossum diet.

According to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection website, the possum is marsupial and “will live anywhere, water and shelter exist.”

“They live in streams, ponds, lakes, swamps and swamps. Farmland and Woodlot prefer more than the wide range of forest areas,” the website says, and also lives near residential areas.

The website says the opossum is both a “scavenger and unknown” and mainly eats in the evening.
