Tony Fenau has some Serious strength. Last season, the sixth PGA tour champion performed an average of 308.4 yards every poke-this is a truncated swing. When he really follows him, he can easily reach the speed of more than 200 miles.
Not everyone has a tool to hit the ball like FINAU, but this does not mean that you cannot steal some of his secrets, and you can get a few yards from the serve. As early as 2016, FINAU joined Golf magazine Share his five power secrets. Following them, you will soon bomb the ball road like him.
FINAU’s 5 power secrets
This season, I have been driving with the supreme battle with JB Holmes and Dustin Johnson. For the second grade like me, this is a good company. My expertise is my expertise, 31 liters of 31 liters. This is 6 4 ‘and an excellent athlete, but my 121 miles/hour club speed mainly comes from the basic knowledge that anyone can do, including a balanced setting, sequencing my hem and fully release the club.
Follow my key, those frustrating short -wheel drives will be in your rear view. Regardless of your size or strength, you will catch the valuable yard. It’s time now, not angry!
1. Balance start
When solving the ball, I focus on balance to ensure that I can swing freely without hindering my body. First of all, I walked into the posture with my right foot and put the driver’s head behind the ball. This makes me more accurately down the Clubhead, instead of waiting for both feet.
After the club’s head-to-head, I stretched my left foot in and moved the weight until I felt that I had a division of 50-50, not only between my two feet, but also between the toe and the heels. I know that when I was confident, when I could not push me away in front of me or behind me, I kept a balance.
Finally, follow my potential customers: check whether your back is flat, pull the shoulders slightly backwards, just “drop” in the upper arm. This is why you feel the “free swing” of the address.
Note: The distance between your ball may vary from round. Fight with this! If your shoulders are insufficient or excessive, your shoulders will be nervous and snatch your speed. I like the soles without disturbing its natural lies, and then grab it when the upper arm hangs down. This makes me keep the right distance from the ball every time.
2. Be a lagging back guard
In order to start my swing, I unanimously moved my arms, my hands and the club, and kept my body away from the ball. I hope that my body will move harmoniously, and the lags behind all parts. The trick is to start your takeaway with the core-those AB muscles that you may have been working hard. Then, let everything ride to the top.
Avoid common errors of “broken” wrists prematurely. This is a huge power consumption, because-effectively leading the club to release at the top of the autumn. If you release the stored energy on the top, you will not have it when you need it.
My suggestion? Try to delay hinge. Believe me: When the time is right, your wrist will be set. The key to good and powerful the highest position is that as long as your core and shoulders can turn, you can keep integrated takeaway. Don’t worry, when you reach the top, whether you can’t let the club parallel to the ground. The long defender is not everything. “Fixed” is more important for the power storage power that decreases.
3. From the top “Supreme”
When I started, my hand was passive. If my gloves move fast, my entire sequence will appear dried grass, which wastes all the power I stored in the back. To prevent this, I “hit” my left butt and knees towards the target. Once I hit, I will push down, as if I am going to jump up and regain rebounds in the basketball game. I will bend my knees. Large strikers know that you must be reduced first by impact.
This is another idea of a swing: at the beginning of you, squeeze a fictional bug under the toe of the left foot. This simple technique can turn the weight to the target, and at the same time, it can “connect” to the ground-this is essential for passing the maximum energy to the ball. To truly dump the speed, wave your left foot on the address. Your hips will be faster.
4. Don’t fight or force-your release
My pairing weekend players tend to use the muscles and hands on the arm excessively. At that time, it was too late. Speed must be established-you can’t be stuffed in the end like college tests. When I arrived at the hit area, I just let the club whip the ball and store the speed in the back guard and lower swing. Trying or “hitting” balls will only destroy the club’s motivation, which leads to a shorter and weaker driver.
The key is to release the club as natural and effortlessly as possible. Doing it right, it feels like Clubhead itself is publishing all. One thing to remember: to keep the grip of both hands equal and stable, until the club depends on your subsequent action. If you squeeze your right hand than your left hand, you can flip clubhead and encounter annoying hooks. (If your left hand occupies a dominant position, you will keep the club open and cut into thin pieces.) Therefore, please take the zen method to your Clubhead: let go.
5.
Hey, if you lack flexibility to achieve a complete and tall face like me, please don’t sweat. Everyone’s physique is different. Just know that the higher your swing, the more balanced, the longer you will drive it. Believe it or not, the whole face-the right shoulder is closer to the goal, and the left leg is completely stretched-it can make you have some serious club speed.
The key is to extend your left foot to the target at the address. This makes it easier to turn into a comfortable face, while implanting the left foot on the ground.
If you do these things and keep rotating, then you will eventually be balanced and high. Remember: Turn, don’t slide to the target by impact. You will nail in the yard, and then split the path.
