The title sponsor of Indian Wells is money in the bank.

BNP Paribas has expanded its title sponsorship open to its alliance BNP Paribas in 2029, making the bank the longest title sponsor in the event history.

“We are pleased to expand our partnership with BNP Paribas,” Championship director Tommy Haas explain. “Their support played a role in enabling the French Kuomintang Paribas to open what it is today’s world-class destination.

“We look forward to continuing to work with BNP Paribas in the coming years to build the tradition of excellence we have created together and provide fans with unparalleled experiences, exciting matches and memorable moments.”

The BNP Paribas, France, began sponsoring the event in 2009 and has been a key part of the tournament’s continued success, including an exponential growth in fan attendance, an increased economic impact on Coachella Valley, and the award of the year toured by the ATP and WTA for a decade.

“The renewal of the Paris National Open in France is a testament to the continued development of the event and the championship’s partnership with BNP Paribas,” José Placido, CEO of BNP Paribas USA and CIB Americas explain. “The bank’s commitment to promoting tennis at all levels makes us a trusted partner for tennis and stakeholders, including BNP Paribas’ clients and staff, allowing the French Nationalist Party to open our large tennis tournaments in the Americas.

“The agreement ensures that the game will continue to attract top players, provide attendees with a world-class experience and contribute to the local Coachella Valley economy, including helping the next generation of players.”
