In his season debut at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, McIlroy scored his 27th Pro Tour victory to make his presence known quickly.
Then, this week at Torrey Pines, McIlroy held an open and honest press conference to donate in the PGA Tour-Pif-Pif negotiations and revealed that he believes Donald Donald Trump can help both parties reach an agreement.
Meanwhile, he focused on his second victory to open up the year. In the first round, McIlroy’s group featured Viktor Hovland and Adam Scott. So on Friday, they will switch to the first nine starts with a second round at 2:20 PM ET
