Attentive officers at a New Zealand airport unraveled $2 million worth of methamphetamine that a Canadian woman was trying to hide wrapped as Christmas gifts.

The 29-year-old woman arrived at Auckland International Airport in 2019. According to information released by the New Zealand Customs Service, New Zealand was carrying illegal drugs in her carry-on luggage on a flight from Vancouver on December 8.
