Judge orders temporary reversal of Trump administrators’ freeze on foreign aid

A federal judge issued an order Thursday night that forced the Trump administration to cancel its three-week U.S. foreign aid fund.

Ali noted under the order that the Trump administration argued that the funding of the international agencies of the U.S. International Development Assistance Program must be closed to conduct a thorough review of each program and whether it should be cancelled.
