An extraordinary Oval Office meeting between President Donald Trump, Vice President Judd Vands and Ukrainian President Vodimir Zelensky was off track on Friday, bringing hopes of a US brokerage peace deal between Russia and Ukraine. This is some of the reasons why things go wrong and the efforts to end the war.
1. Zelenskyy didn’t master or deliberately ignore – The truth of pain: the person who has the most affinity with him (Western globalist, American left, European) is unable to help him in 2025. 6. If there is a ceasefire, commercial transactions, the presence of European ground and the influx of Western companies into Ukraine, will there be elections? If so, will Zelenskyy and his party win? If not, will there be a successor transparent government that can accurately reveal where all Western fiscal funds go?
7. Zelenskyy may see a model in Netanyahu.
