Zara McDermott has shared her advice with this year's new Love Island recruits.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the 23 year old posted side-by-side pictures of herself from when she entered the Love Island villa back in 2018.
Commenting on the snaps, Sam Thompson's girlfriend Zara wrote: "Wow my first love island pics!!!!!!!! I look so different now lol". [sic]
Below this she wrote a short message to the new cast on the first ever winter series of the hit dating show, saying: "Good luck to everyone tonight, and everyone entering the villa later too, I'm sure a few people will read this!"

Speaking directly to the 12 new singletons in the South African villa, which Love Island bosses feared would be raided by "aggressive" baboons, she continued: "My advice.. be yourself, don't play up to the cameras, be the person you are on the outside, don't let the extremities of the villa change you."
Zara, who recently wowed fans by sharing a busty snap, then warned them to watch their behaviour on the show as she said: "Also, remember that everything you do will be on TV an accessible forever!!!! Be dignified in every manner! I sound like an old granny lol but it's true. [sic]
"I don't think I would be where I am today if i hadn't have been true to myself and I can look back without cringing at anything I did and with zero regrets".
While Zara and other contestants who were on previous seasons of the ITV show watched the premiere of Love Island, which aired on Sunday evening, ratings for its launch dipped with 800,000 fewer viewers tuning in.
More than 2.5million people tuned in for the show, which is currently being filmed in Cape Town.
This is compared to the last summer series of the show, which was won by Amber Gill and Greg O’ Shea and had 3.3million viewers watch live.
However, the ratings currently only include live viewing and not those watching on catchup on the ITVHub.
This series is also the first to be presented by Laura Whitmore after she replaced Caroline Flack on the show.
Caroline's exit came just days after she was arrested and charged with assault by beating.
While many viewers couldn't help but wish for The Flack to return as host, others voiced their support for Laura.
One fan tweeted: "Laura Whitmore is just something else, isn't she."
A second suggested that Iain Stirling's girlfriend was better than any of this year's contestants, while a third revealed: "I'm already feeling Laura much more than Caroline."
