What time does the Brit Awards 2019 Red Carpet start and who is presenting with Clara Amfo?

THE Brits 2019 are finally here TONIGHT (February 20) and so far, it's definitely not disappointing.

We all know that Jack Whitehall is presenting the main show on ITV, but who's hosting the red carpet and how can you watch it? – here's everything you need to know…

What time does the Brit Awards 2019 Red Carpet start on ITV2?

Brit Awards 2019 Red Carpet will be shown in a separate show on ITV2 from 7-8pm TONIGHT (Wednesday, February 20).

In the show, nominees and attendees will be interviewed about the event as they arrive and strut their stuff on the red carpet.

You can then turn over to ITV at 8 pm to watch the actual Brit Awards 2019 ceremony LIVE.

As well as airing on ITV, the event will also be live-streamed on YouTube for international viewers.

If you're late to the party, don't fret you can watch it on an hour delay on ITV+1.

Or if you are unable to watch it on the night, you can watch it on the ITV Hub player soon after broadcast.

The Brits are being held at the O2 in London for the eighth consecutive year.

Who is hosting with Clara Amfo?

For the third year, Clara Amfo and Alice Levine will be hosting the red carpet and trying to catch the stars for a chat.

But unfortunately, unlike last year, Roman Kemp won't be joining the girls this year.

Levine is a successful radio and TV presenter from Nottingham. She is best known for her work on BBC Radio 1 and as a co-host of hit podcast, My Dad Wrote A Porno.

Amfo is one of the UK's biggest rising stars, and currently presents the mid-morning show on BBC Radio 1.

She joined BBC Radio 1Xtra in 2013, hosting the weekend breakfast show.

In 2015, she became the host of The Official Chart on BBC Radio 1, and in the same year, took over from Fearne Cotton as host of the station's mid-morning show.

Who's hosting the show?

For the second year running Jack Whitehall will be hosting the show.

In November 2018, we exclusively revealed that the comedian had signed up for the second time.

Last year viewers were left in stitches when he asked Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne if they had a sex “safe” word.

And bosses were keen for Jack to return after he was dubbed “the best host in years” by viewers at the awards in February 2018.
