During Wednesday’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity, Mike Tindall stepped in when Seann Walsh was left in pain over the camp’s sleeping arrangements. The former England rugby star warned camp leader Matt Hancock to sort the matter out while Charlene White admitted she felt “guilty” as she refused to sleep in the RV to help the situation.

After waking up from another uncomfortable night’s sleep, Seann said in the Bush Telegraph: “Whenever I see now, like a holiday postcard with someone in a hammock on a beach, I’m going to be like, ‘That is a lie!’ I want to sleep on the floor, but I’m too scared I’ll get eaten alive.”

Seann asked Mike to crack his back for him and added: “We’ve got our very own chiropractor in the jungle.

“When you’ve been sleeping in a banana for eight nights in a row, you need Mike Tindall to crack your back.”

In camp, Owen Warner said to Seann: “Swap tonight if you want? We’ll take it in turns having no sleep.”

The comedian replied: “Bless you, I really appreciate that.”

Seann added: “I’m saying yes to you because you’re 23. Your age has come to haunt you. Thank you.”

In the Bush Telegraph, the comedian added: “I love Owen, he’s such a sweet man, coming to help Uncle Seann.”

Trying to help Seann, Owen privately said to Charlene: “Is there no way you’d be comfortable sleeping in the RV?”

Owen then told viewers in the Bush Telegraph: “The RV is lovely. A comfy bed, mattress, duvet, pillows… the RV is an unreal night’s sleep literally.”

The actor told Charlene: “Me and Seann are going to have to alternate.”

“I don’t want to put any pressure on you. I’d rather sleep in a hammock than you be uncomfortable.”

Charlene agreed: “I’ll try it again tonight.”

In the Bush Telegraph, she admitted: “I feel incredibly guilty about Seann’s back. But I really, really don’t want to sleep in it [the RV].”

Mike said to Matt: “Our leader, you need to have a word with your deputy. She needs to go back in the RV to let Seann go on the thing.”

The MP replied: “Owen spoke to her this morning,” and Owen said: “She said she’ll try.”

Seann joked: “I think you should try the hammock George,” but the singer hit back: “I don’t want to be in the hammock because I won’t sleep. I don’t want to be in the RV either.”

Seann joked: “I can read the subtext, you want the hammock, have the hammock.”

But, Boy George replied: “I’ve never slept in a hammock. I’m 61, I know what I want… Let’s stop this debate now.”

“You don’t know me babe, you ain’t seen me wound up. It’s a whole other scenario. I ain’t done it for years… you’re getting ‘kick off lite’,” he added.

Laughing, the comedian added: “Diet kick off,” and Jill Scott said: “That’s a good one. Wait for the full fat!”

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Me! continues on ITV on Thursday at 9pm.
