ITV viewers are concerned Gemma Owen suffered a fall in the Love island villa after spotted what appeared to be scuffed up knees.

On the latest episode of the show, Gemma can be seen spending a cosy night in the hideaway with partner Luca, but fans were left confused after spotting the apparent scratches and wondering if she’s taken a tumble

“Gemma’s knees have I missed her fall over??” asked one viewer.

“Is Gemma getting beaten up in the villa or something, what’s with the bust lip and scraped knees?” asked another.

A third echoed: “What happened to Gemma’s knees? Did she fall?” While a fourth joked: “Gemma's even got scabs on her knees, like a true teenager.”

The 19-year-old was seen flaunted her curves in sexy black lingerie as her housemates sent her and Luca into the hideaway for a romantic night alone.

The pair could be seen kissing, though she was seen adamantly denying the pair went all the way.

The same could not be said for Paige and her partner Jay, who appeared to be making a lot of noise, with viewers seeing plenty of movement under the sheets.

Elsewhere in the episode, Ekin-Su caused a stir when she chose the recouple with Davide.

The pair came to blows when Ekin-Su secretly snogged newcomer Jay behind Davide’s back after accusing him of not giving her enough attention.

The choice had a ripple effect on fellow islander Antigoni, who was partnered up with Davide and hoped to continue to get to know him.

Antigoni was then left feeling more frustrated after her other love interest Jay was chosen to partner up with Danica, leaving her in a friendship couple with Charlie.

The end of the episode ended on a cliff-hanger as Tash and Andrew, Charlie and Antigoni and Jay and Danica were left in the bottom three in the public vote and facing the axe.

The boys are tasked with choosing which girl wll leave, as the girls decide for the boys.

Fans have already made their predictions about who will leave.

One fan said: “i know itll probably be charlie and danica gone but i would love to see the boys choose tash.”

Another echoed: “the boys are gonna dump danica because they like antigoni better than her……and the girls are gonna dump charlie bc none of them have a connection with him.’
