JESY Nelson's boyfriend Sean Sagar has returned to Instagram after it was revealed his other half is taking an "extended break" from Little Mix.
A rep confirmed on Tuesday that 29-year-old Jesy is having time off for "private medical reasons".
A day after the news was shared on social media, Sean took to Instagram to support his brother Nick's new film, The Princess Switch 2.
Sean shared the trailer for the film on his Stories and wrote: "Princess Switch 2 out on Netflix tomorrow" and "Tis the Season".
Nick plays Kevin in the Netflix film alongside Vanessa Hudgens, who is both Stacy De Novo and the Duchess of Montenaro in the festive film franchise.
Sean's older brother moved to LA from London to pursue his acting career – and it's clearly paying off.
While Sean is supporting his brother, he is yet to mention Jesy after the shock announcement about her hiatus from Little Mix.
Sean lasted posted a picture of his girlfriend on October 5, when she sat on his knee for a loved-up picture.
"The reason for my happiness," he wrote.
Jesy's hiatus from Little Mix was confirmed on Tuesday via the band's management.
Announcing the extension of her break, a spokesman for Little Mix said it for private medical reasons.
"We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time."
It came after the star missed several appearances, including the final of their BBC One show The Search and hosting the MTV European Music Awards nearly two weeks ago.
At the time, their rep said: "Jesy is unwell and will not be appearing on tonight’s final of Little Mix: The Search.
"She will also not be hosting or performing at tomorrow’s MTV EMAs.”
Jesy has been a member of the group since they formed on The X Factor in 2011, alongside bandmates Jade, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
Together they have sold more than 50million records, landing two Brit Awards, four number one singles and releasing six albums along the way.
They are also scheduled to hit the road on tour again in April next year, though it’s thought the dates may be delayed if necessary as a result of ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
Little Mix were the first group to win The X Factor at the height of its success back in 2011, a year after boyband One Direction finished third, and quickly joined the ranks of pop superstars with a string of chart hits – including Wings, Black Magic and Shout Out To My Ex.
Four of their albums have enjoyed platinum sales, and a string of spin-off projects including clothing ranges, perfume, beauty products and an autobiography have cemented their status as A-listers.
