Chris Moyles has officially got his own back on former campmate Boy George after he became the fourth celebrity to be evicted from I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!

During Wednesday’s visit to the Australian jungle, ITV viewers watched the Culture Club star say goodbye to the seven remaining contestants as he packed up his things and left the main camp.

And it’s fair to say they felt his absence as the star-studded cast bid farewell to the eighties pop sensation while he walked across the bridge.

As they walked back to camp, the radio DJ couldn’t help but notice that some of the Karma Chameleon singer had forgotten some of his prized possessions including in signature hat and stinky socks.

It didn’t take long before the 48-year-old thought of the best way to get revenge on Boy George after he stole his towel from his hammock after a disgusting food-based trial.

As he picked up the singer’s pimped up khaki hat – which had been revamped to look more like a crown – he revealed his plan to take the signature hat home and “sell it on eBay.”

Fans soon flooded to Twitter to approve of his cheeky comment as they admitted the singer’s famous hat would sell for a hefty price online.

One user penned: “Boy George’s hat going on eBay [three cry laughing emojis] literally I think the socks should go on there too! Prob the funniest thing #chrismoyles has said #ImACeleb.”

Another added: “Chris getting revenge from when Boy George took his towel #ImACeleb” as a third echoed: “That hat would sell for loads on eBay #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity.”

Meanwhile another chimed in with: "I can't see @BoyGeorge's hat selling for much on eBay, but @miketindall13's budgie smugglers, that's a whole different other story."

But he's not the only one who had plans with Boy George's forgotten clothing, as Matt Hancock suggested the campmates should put his stinky socks "in the fire".
