According to the trailer, For All Mankind begins on July 16, 1969, as NASA watch man land on the moon for the first time.

Is there a trailer for For All Mankind?

Apple released the For All Mankind promo in June 2019.

The trailer begins with the story as we’ve seen it on screen many times before, as the Houston control room waits for the Moon landing.

However, we then see the cosmonaut pose in front of the USSR flag, showing us that we are in a very different timeline.

The rest of the trailer shows America continuing to up its game, with a female astronaut team, mission to Mars and beyond and more.
