Coronation Street fans have been left fuming after Tryone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) confessed to his ex Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) that he missed her.
The duo split up a few months ago as he developed feelings for Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu), but it's clear his head has once again been turned back to Fiz.
Tyrone burst into The Bistro while Fiz was on a date with her new love interest, after she was encouraged to go by Evelyn (Maureen Lipman).
He soon told Fiz that he missed her, leaving her – and viewers at home – completely gobsmacked and not sure what to think.
One said: "Typical man Tyrone, always comes running back. Nah."
A second wrote: "Fiz is better off with Phil. Tyrone is a thick boring mess."
Someone else tweeted: "Tyrone you have made your bed now lie the f*** in it."
A fourth said: "Too late Tryone, too late. You handed in your resignation letter, you've been replaced."
And another added: "Oh p*** off Tyrone, you big useless wet fart."
While someone else said: "Tyrone wants to have his cake and eat it too. Phil seems nice and Fiz needs stability in her life, especially for Hope. How does Fiz know Tyrone won't wander off again when he sees another pretty woman? Don't fall for that old 'I can't stop thinking about you' line, Fiz!"
Fiz was already having a tough time of it as she discovered that other parents at the school had started a campaign to get her daughter Hope kicked out, because of her behaviour.
She fumed at Tyrone: "I know this is hard for you to get your head around, Ty, but I'm not pining over you any more. I was, and then I saw the light."
Tyrone reminded her of their kiss, but Fiz went on: "It was nice and comforting, and then you went back to your new life with your accidental fiancée."
She added: "I'm not wasting my time talking about this any more. You've made a new life, why shouldn't I?"
Tyrone went to the pub and clashed with Alina, ahead of their trip to Romania.
She told him: "Our relationship should be a priority too."
Ty said: "There's only so much of me to go around. Hope needs me, Ruby needs me."
He was clearly angry over the news that Fiz was planning to move away – but will he manage to win her back?
By the sound of it, fans are hoping he doesn't.
