Coronation Street fans were left baffled as they spotted a hospital set blunder during Friday's second visit to the Street.
As Simon snuck into the hospital to see his dad Peter ahead of his liver transplant surgery, the corridors seemed oddly bereft of other patients and staff.
In fact, the only staff member within sight was one of Harvey's thugs posing as a cleaner, who brutally attacked Peter as he screamed at Simon to run.
But despite the savage attack, fans couldn't keep their minds off the empty hospital.
"Where are the rest of the hospital staff?" one concerned viewer typed on Twitter.
Another said: "No one in the hospital heard any of that, Peter shouting or no one saw the fight?"
Someone else added: "No one working in that hospital!"
Others were more concerned that nobody had spotted the thug working undercover, with one typing: "Of course a drug dealer has undercover goons working in the hospital."
Another commented: "So none of the hospital staff spotted the rogue cleaner?"
"How is this man posing as a hospital cleaner??" another quizzed, while a fourth fan said: "A back street drug dealer has spy's [sic] working in hospitals. Totally believable."
Carla was left in shock as a nurse appeared and told her Peter had been taken for a scan – as it's "always best to be sure with head injuries."
She told him to "stay calm" until the results of the scan came back.
Meanwhile, Simon returned to Nick and Leanne's flat and begged to use the phone to check up on his injured dad – but Leanne insisted on a no-contact rule.
A doctor arrived to inform Peter that he'd have to stay in hospital for "a couple of days – just to see how he gets on."
But he had some bad news – that if a liver arrived for transplant, it wouldn't go to Peter.
"What do you mean?" he queried. "I'm still on the transplant list?"
"A transplant is a way of life, not just an operation. You need stability – getting into fights, it suggests to me you might not be in the right place to receive a transplant," he warned.

"Why did you have to put yourself in danger?" Carla begged her husband.
Peter told Carla it "slowed the guy down" and allowed him to protect Simon.
It was down to Carla to let Ken in on the potential bad news.
