Coronation Street revealed a brand new piece of its set on Friday night’s episode.
Funeral director George (Tony Maudsley) opened his new funeral parlour on the street.
He was originally interested in taking over the former community centre from Yasmeen, but found a new property before she could agree to sell.
Eileen (Sue Cleaver) went to speak to George in his new building, Shuttleworth's Independent Funeral Services.
And later her son Todd (Gareth Pierce) was sniffing around for a job after failing to his way back in at Underworld.
Upon being told George didn't have time to train someone new, he immediately sat down and started to charm one of his customers while his back was turned.
He told her: "Let me take you through it", explaining that the parlour offers bronze, silver and gold plans – and customers could pay over 12 months.
"Go for the gold," he encouraged her.
She was clearly sold, replying: "If it’s left up to my son I'd end up in the wheelie bin with all the rubbish!"
Todd said: "Well, do it just to spite him then – imagine his face when those limos turn up!"
The official Coronation Street Instagram account also shared more detailed images of the new set, including some exclusive behind the scenes shots.
Visible is a bright green leafy plant, a sedate wooden desk stacked with hardback books, and a collection of shelves dotted with vases and pictures.
One of the framed pictures is a sketch of what looks to be the original Shuttleworth's building, with a vintage funeral car parked outside.
Flower arrangements are visible dotted around, with stained glass windows touting lily designs on the doors.
And an official-looking certificate hangs on one of the walls.
Comfortable striped armchairs with floral cushions are available for clients to sit in, and the carpet is a verdant green.
Table lamps give the parlour a cosy, intimate feel.
The account also shared some mock-ups of the original design plans with the elevations clearly marked.
Followers were also treated to some behind the scenes action showing the set being built, with power tools, ladders and bare wood scattered about.
And a zoomed-out shot showed the set in its entirety, with the side of the building for the cameras missing a wall.
The calm yellow lighting painted the entire room in golden light, which created a calming atmosphere perfect for the business.
Viewers took to Twitter to share their first impressions of the new set.
"I'm loving the brand new funeral parlour," someone wrote with a clapping emoji.
Another added: "Ooo new set! George's funeral parlour, very nice."
Others wanted to know the parlour's exact location, with another viewer writing: "Ohh, where is the funeral parlour situated on the street??"
