Love Island delivered its first double dumping of the series tonight (Wednesday 25 January) and the islanders were devastated as Haris Namani and Anna-May Robey were the first to go home.
After a shocking cliffhanger during Tuesday night's instalment, Aussie bombshells Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters were informed that they had to decide which boy and girl would be going home first.
After careful consideration over who would be missing out on the show the most, the pair decided Haris and Anna-May's time was up.
Heartbroken, the islanders started crying as they heard the news.
Haris, 21, was currently exploring his connection with Olivia Hawkins, 27, but sadly Anna-May had been feeling lost in the villa.
Despite initially believing there was something between her and Kai Fagan, he went back to initial coupling Tanyel Revan days before the dumping.
Stuck without a romantic interest and wondering who would be for her, Anna-May was seen breaking down in tears during a private chat with farmer Will Young.
Will comforted Anna-May as she shared her struggles, but the Welsh beauty didn't get to explore any other connections as her time was up.
Upon hearing Haris was going home, Olivia couldn't hide her disappointment as she burst into tears.
She later retreated to the dressing room, as she couldn't reconcile the northern islander's exit.
Olivia has been intent on getting to know original bombshell Tom Clare, despite his admission that he had an "instant connection" with Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown.
But despite pursuing Tom, Olivia has been coupled up with Haris and sharing a bed with him every night, and it seemed the pair were gradually growing closer.
With the shock of Haris leaving the show so early, Olivia could even re-evaluate her feelings and leave the villa to be reunited with him.
Despite an upsetting night for the group, it wasn't long before Olivia was chatting with Tom again the morning after.
Still unhappy about the EastEnders actress getting to know the boy she's coupled up with, Zara complained about the situation to Jessie, who was still feeling guilty about choosing to dump Haris and Anna-May.
