A Place In The Sun's Jonnie Irwin had a triumph in today's episode (April 6) when he found Linda and Andy a gorgeous villa where they could retire in Western Cyprus.
The former postal workers wanted a property with plenty of parking for their motorbikes as well as space for their four grandchildren to come and stay.
Jonnie had just a £120,000 budget to play with and came up trumps with one of his five options.
The third property, a three-bedroom home in the village of Kissonerga, won their hearts even though it was a little over budget at £131,000.
It had plenty of parking and an impressive two terraces for enjoying views of the sea.
The villa was also conveniently located just 8km away from the city of Paphos which is very popular with expat Brits.
Linda and Andy put down an offer of £120,000 and waited anxiously with Jonnie for the agent to call him back with good or bad news.
Noticing Linda looks tense, Jonnie asks: "How are you feeling now you’ve submitted an offer on a full-time home in Cyprus?"
"I’m actually quite shocked because I’ve wanted to do it for so long and I’m going to cry," says Linda as her voice cracks.

She explains her mum wanted to come out to Cyprus but had passed away.
"As well as doing it for myself, I’m doing it for my mum as well and I just wish she was here still," Linda says.
Unfortunately, it took a whole week for the owners of the property to get back to them – but when they did they accepted an offer of £129,000.
Linda and Andy have now been living in their dream Cyprus home for more than a year and said they've been enjoying walking their dogs and visiting restaurants.
