Senator Elissa Slotkin, who will respond to Trump’s speech, brings Andrew Lennox, who was fired last month in an executive position in the Department of Veterans Affairs without notice. Lennox serves as the Marine Corps in Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.

Arizona Democratic Senator Ruben Gallego invited Kyle Rahn, a disabled veteran who had three tours in Iraq before working with the Department of Homeland Security last month and was fired last month.

Rep. Brad Schneider, a Democrat in Illinois, invited 20-year veteran Adam Mulvey to launch several tours on February 13 at the Lovell Funderal Care Center Center in Spring Grove, Illinois, and was fired on February 13.
This dynamic is sure to create tension in the room when the president hopes to emphasize his administration actions within the first 44 days of his tenure.
Although ABC News has confirmed that Elon Musk, who is expected to cut the federal labor force and budget, is expected to attend, it is not yet known whether he is the first lady or the guest of Congress or the exact situation of attendance.

Several members also brought guests related to the Israel-Hamas war, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, who invited Noa Argamani, who was released by Hamas after being imprisoned for 245 days. Schumer also invited Orna Neutra, whose daughter Omer was imprisoned by Hamas.
