Donald Trump went on a Christmas Day posting spree, mocking former President Barack Obama.
The president-elect toned down his holiday message this year, posting simply, “Merry Christmas everyone!” on Truth Social Wednesday morning.
But soon after, Trump posted 34 posts on his social media platform within an hour, including a meme mocking Obama.
The meme features a photo of the president-elect smirking at Obama during the 2017 inauguration, with the caption: “When you see the guy who said ‘you’ll never be president’ at your inauguration.
Trump also shared a new holiday photo with incoming first lady Melania Trump wearing a white sparkly dress with the caption “Merry Christmas 2024.”

Other posts Trump shared on Christmas Day largely included favorable headlines about him and his Cabinet, including wall street journal An op-ed titled “Kash Patel is a good fit for the FBI.”
He also shared a number of articles supporting his choice of Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth.
“What we’re saying is: Give Pete a chance,” one headline from a conservative news outlet daily signal was named.
Last year, Trump delivered a scathing Christmas message to President Joe Biden and special adviser Jack Smith, writing: “May they rot in hell. Merry Christmas again!”
While Trump was reserved this time around, other members of the Trump family and MAGAworld used the holiday to express support for the president-elect and his agenda.

Donald Trump Jr. shared an AI-generated meme of Trump dressed as Santa Claus at the border with the caption: “He’s making a list and he’s going to check it twice and we’re going to find out who’s going to be ICE deportations…”
Meanwhile, Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville was mocked for claiming that Trump was “bringing Christmas back to America.”
The Trump loyalist posted the holiday message on social media platform X on Christmas Eve. “Thanks to President Trump, Christmas is back in America,” Tuberville said.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has shared a range of messages during the holidays, from traditional photos in front of the Christmas tree to praying with her to “end abortion in America” this Sunday.
