Madison Keys Switched the racket and strings and eventually won the main title in January. Can Stefanos Tsitsipas Next?
Greek played a less mysterious black frame in Dubai this week (not his usual Wilson blade) and won his first ATP 500 title. Rumors are that the racket is Bablatt Airways, but Titsipas has not confirmed it yet.
Here we have it.He used to win the Babolat Aero of Tsitsipas in Dubai.
It’s time for his agent to catch the contract… https://t.co/sc7qcilbpv

But the Greeks did confirm that it was a new racket-it was impossible to notice.
Apparently, with the pace of the court and the ball slowing down, Tsitsipas is looking for an advantage to help him play his best in the offensive game. Here is what he said to reporters:
“Comfort is one thing it brings to me the game. It’s something I’m trying to add to the game. I’ve been receiving some extra help. I talked about how the ball and the court have changed over the past few years. That’s what I’m trying to adapt to. That’s it.”
Tsitsipas defeated Felix Auger-Aliassime 6-3 6-3 in Saturday’s Dubai final, where he will be ranked in the top 10 in Monday’s ATP rankings. Maybe he has a new secret weapon, maybe he will return to the top 5.
Tsitsipas said of the decision to switch rackets: “I think it’s easy, especially when you see how things respond and how you remember things a few years ago.”
“It’s my stupidity, don’t try to make changes…these changes are sometimes necessary because you don’t want to get stuck in the same pattern over and over again. So far, I find it something refreshing. It certainly brings a refreshing feeling.”
