Tom Green never felt like his ‘true self’ in Hollywood, shares why he prefers simple life in Canada

Tom Green has never been a fan of the glitz and glamor of Hollywood.
In a new interview with The New York Times, the 53-year-old comedian and actor opened up about his decision to move back to his native Canada and explained why he loves the simple things in life.
“I’m not really a Hollywood person,” said Green, who left Los Angeles in 2021. “I started to feel like I wasn’t staying true to my true self.”

Green, who is promoting his new documentary “This Is the Tom Green Documentary,” said fans will get an inside look at his daily life these days.

“People might be surprised that I’m not completely crazy,” Green said. “There’s something wholesome and heart-warming about it – I’m close to my family, I love animals and I love doing things that a lot of people around the world love to do, like getting out in the woods.”

Living on a farm, Green enjoys a quiet life while also busying himself with an upcoming U.S. tour that combines stand-up comedy with music from his new country album, Home to the Country.
Green isn’t the only star to give up on Hollywood recently.
Daniel Stern is best known for his role as the groom, one of the Wet Bandits, in the movie Wet Bandits. 1990 classic holiday movie Home Alone spends most of his time raising cattle and creating sculptures on his ranch in Ventura, California.

“Hello, you will notice that I live on a farm where we grow oranges,” Stern said in a statement. TikTok videos It has since attracted a lot of attention.
