“The evil deep country lied to your face”
After the federal archives were released on the late Jeffrey Epstein, the figures on the right reacted to the release of federal archives issued by the late late financier (a ring accused of sex trafficking involving minors) on Thursday, without major new discoveries and provided some information that had been published.
“This is not a request from us or the American people, and it is also a complete disappointment,” Representative Anna Paulina Luna, a Republican member of the House Oversight Committee, wrote on X after release. “Give us the information we need!”
Liz Wheeler, the former U.S. News Network host, was one of the right-wingers who visited the newly released archives, was also frustrated and claimed that the U.S. attorney’s office in the Southern New York Region (SDNY) had hidden unspecified information.
“We’re talking about recordings, evidence, etc. Juicy stuff. Wheeler wrote on X. Generating adhesive is boring and angry. You should. Because of the deep state of evil, lying to your face.”
independent The U.S. Attorney’s Office has been contacted for comment.
Epstein committed suicide in a New York prison while awaiting trial, rubbing shoulders with influential figures in business, politics and academia.
The lack of blockbuster revelation prompted some people to propose conspiracies related to Epstein’s archives, which are already the center of many highly speculative accounts throughout the political spectrum.
Most of the “Epstein Archives” include information that has been disclosed in other court cases and investigations (New York State Sex Offender Registration)
“The Epstein file is a total joke,” conservative personality Glenn Beck posted on X. “Who is subverting POTUS? [president of the United States]transparent
Attorney General Pam Bondi also suggested hiding more material.
“Later yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York had thousands of pages of documents related to Epstein’s investigation and prosecution,” she wrote in a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel. “Despite my repeated requests, the FBI never disclosed the existence of these documents.”
She added in the message: “When I spoke with me yesterday, you were just as surprised as I was going to learn new information.
“If there are gaps, we will find them,” Patel said in a statement Thursday. “If records are hidden, we will find them.”
Information released Thursday included a list of evidence, flight logs, Epstein’s contact book and a edited list of masseurs, with more than 250 entries, most of which have been made public.
However, there is some notable new information, including Epstein having Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, actor Alec Baldwin and supermodel Naomi Campbell on his phone contact list.
