From filmmakers to artists, Hollywood lost several of its stars in 2025.
On January 4, there was news that Aubrey Plazahusband, Jeff Baenapassed away one day ago at the age of 47. US WeeklyAfterwards, Baena committed suicide.

Days after Baena’s death, the manager Simon Jones shared RuPaul’s Drag Race Star james lee williams — better known as The Vivienne — has died at the age of 32.
“James was an incredibly loved, warm-hearted and amazing man,” the publicist shared in an Instagram statement on Jan. 5. “Their family is heartbroken over the loss of their son, brother and uncle. Their hearts go out to James.” We are proud of the tremendous achievements in his life and career. We ask that James’ family be given the time and privacy they need to process and grieve at this time.
The next day, authorities confirmed there were “no suspicious circumstances” surrounding the beloved drag queen’s death.
