Mikayla Nogueira Talks Insecurities, Revlon’s Shimmer Glow, and More

When it comes to confidence, Nogueira feels best with dark hair and a tan. She recently added red highlights to her midnight mane, but told us She has no plans to try other colors.
“The red highlights didn’t last long,” she joked. “I bought them on vacation to spice it up, but I’ve been dying my hair black for almost 15 years. I feel most confident and like my black-haired self.” Nogueira also noted that she “loves” her The contrast between her dark hair and skin and her polarizing green eyes.
“I was born a blonde, which is funny because most people only know me as a brunette. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to my natural hair color,” Nogueira said in a statement with us. While she hasn’t noticed any gray hair yet, the only way she can see herself changing her hair is to turn it silver.

“I try really hard to feel confident and comfortable in red lips, but I haven’t come around yet. I’ve always preferred the focus to be on my eyes rather than my lips,” she explains.
In her daily routine, Nogueira uses concealer from the Glimmer collection, the brand’s brightening concealer. “It’s like giving your face a cup of coffee,” she quipped. “A little bit under my eyes goes a long way and makes it look like I actually got eight hours of sleep, even though I didn’t.”
