The reality TV personality detailed her decision to quit the show, explaining that she took a long shower to warm up after returning from the beach.

“Before we started shooting [again] I saw the number 444 and I believed in angel numbers and guardian angels and God and had a huge amount of faith and all that,” she said. “I knew or believed that my guardian angel was watching over me and went to bed. I woke up to the sound of explosions – as we all did – and instantly calmed down and thought to myself, ‘You’re fine’ .You learned a lot in these two days, even though it was like a lifetime.

Sutter added that staff warned her that things would become more difficult if she stayed and progressed on the show.

“And it’s already hard!” she continued. “The middle part—running with a backpack that’s basically a third of my body weight—that’s really hard. I’d never done a run, and those were the hardest parts, and those tasks actually made it difficult. I was excited and thought I did well in the tasks, even though I technically failed them.

On the show, Sartre said she didn’t want to be a “burden” to any of her co-stars.

Sutter concluded that she had regained “confidence” as a person and athlete as a result of appearing on the series.

“I learned that I can do hard things if I put my mind to it. Now that I see what they went through, I kind of regret leaving. “But I just keep reminding myself of how I felt in that moment and that Peace envelopes me, [how I did] Challenging myself with my experiences and all the people and friendships I met.
