According to the document, Hands and other defendants are accused of serving as members of the Bandis motorcycle gang in a chapter in Texas. Hantz allegedly cited the nickname “Locomotive” and “Gun”.

The indictment claims that Bandidos is a criminal organization operating internationally in “at least 20 countries” and “has about 107 chapters in the United States.”

Members of Bandidos are allegedly wearing leather or jeans called cuts that read “I support Bandidos Worldwide,” according to the documentation. Patches can also have a “one percent” symbol. Bandidos members must also own and ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The paperwork says the defendant has engaged in “violent acts, i.e., acts involving murder, robbery, arson, distribution of narcotics and witness intimidation.”

Hantz took a Bandidos outing on Bimboz Bar and Grill in February 2023, the documents claimed. The document claims that Hantz and other alleged members of Bandidos “assisted and taught the attacks on 14 members”, called hostile gangs, known as Greybeard MC. While Hanz was only charged with arson and rackets, some of his companions were charged with assault and murder.

TMZ breaks the news for the first time and reports an investigation into Hants’ home. A family member of Hands told the media that the former reality star allegedly left the gang last year.
