In a video shared via TikTok on Friday, January 10, Pratt, 41, asked his fans to watch and like a video previously shared to his account, which featured Aly and AJ’s song “What It Feels Like.”
He explains in the video: “If TikTok gets into one of the top 10 most popular TikToks with this song, I will get paid up to $1,100 from TikTok, so more likely $200, but it could be up to $1,100 “So if you’re bored, watch the last video. It’s actually a great song and Aly and AJ wear Pratt Daddy crystals – my friend Amber goes to all their shows and gives them All their crystals, so it was kind of like a real sale because they wore my crystals and I wanted to get that $1,100.
In a subsequent video, Pratt also asked his fans to add his wife heidi montag on Spotify and other streaming platforms.
However, Pratt’s plea for help via social media was met with some backlash.
“Some demonic monster just wrote on my IG and tagged me, ‘Of course Spencer will squeeze every dollar out of the house he burned down.’ Uh. Uh. That’s right. Let me Count every dollar I can get,” Pratt said in a video shared via TikTok on Friday in response to the backlash.
“Why do you people have no brains? Are you the stupidest creatures?” he continued. “Of course, I am trying to make money to support myself and my family because our house and all our belongings have been burned down. If I can do this on social media, the only money I’ve made continuously in years, showing my house and all our possessions burning down, and you don’t think I’d go for it?
Platt concluded: “I would rather have my own house and not have social media, let me tell you this much. I would rather have everything in my house and delete all these stupid apps. I would rather .So yes, I will continue to ‘squeeze’ our pain on social media.
He also advised fans on how not to help him and Montag, 38, including watching hillsstarring Platt and Montag in the 2000s.
