Love is to be tasted on the “Love Boat”.
In February this year, the cruise line famous for its love heritage, Princess Cruises puts love on menus at sea and on land.

All year round, on the latest ship of the Cruise Line, the Sun Princess, passengers can enjoy Brito’s love, a specialty dining experience in an art style that celebrates the nature of love. This experience brings the vibrant, heart-filled artwork of Romero Britto with a love theme created by chef Rudi Sodamin, renowned chef of the Cruise series menu.
Now, cruise lines are preparing to spread love on the land in downtown New York and exclusively love on Valentine’s Day with a Britto pop-up event.
In the latest episode of Go Princess Today, which gave passengers a look at what happened on the love boat this February, Sun Princess Cruise director Cole Bockman details the exclusive dining experience. He also took a cup to Chef Rudy when he marked himself 50Th Anniversary of the culinary world.

Princess Cruises’ Love By Britto Dining Experience Heading to New York
Only two nights in February this year, Princess Cruises went from Sun Princess to Britto Dining Experience on the Waterfront of New York City, taking part in a special Valentine’s Day pop-up event that included a chef-curated five-course menu, at the heart Inspired cocktails, and Romero Britto’s colorful, heart-filled design.
Exclusive events will be held at Currents at Pier 59 on the Waterfront in New York City, just two nights – February 13-14.
Experience is all about celebrating love and embracing the romantic spirit.

Creative, heart-shaped dishes on the menu include cappuccinos with wild mushrooms, with shaved truffles and delicious tuna and avocado and pomegranate. In the main course, guests can try the duet of Prime Beef and Wagyu, or indulge in Chilean bass at Cost Mousseline. Dessert options will include vanilla salted caramel flavored cream or decadent chocolate lava cake.

The New York exclusive event will also offer guests the opportunity to blister from the champagne wall, as found in the Sanctuary Club that boards Sun Princess. In addition to becoming a Valentine’s Day event, the pop-up also celebrates the Sun Princess’ experience of boarding and previewing the new ship star princess of Cruise Line will be launched this fall.

Chef Rudi Sodamin marks 50 years of excellence in sea cooking
In addition to celebrating love in February this year, Princess Cruise celebrates her culinary leader chef Rudi Sodamin. On February 1st, Princess Cruises recognized Chef Rudi’s 50-year cooking journey.
Chef Rudi joined the Princess Parade team in 2022 when he was appointed the first director of culinary arts in the Cruise series ever, but the renowned chef has been working at sea since he was 23 when he became de Cuisine in Cruise Industry, the youngest chef at the cruise company. .
