Texas authorities are investigating after killing an Infowars reporter on Sunday night in Austin, Texas.
Infowars founder Alex Jones announced Monday that one of his journalists Jamie White was “brutally murdered” around midnight.
Fox 7 Austin reports that the homicide is the eighth murder in 2025, which took place in the 2300 block of Douglas Street in the residential area South Austin.
The media reported that an Austin Police Department (APD) officer arrived at the scene and “discovered obvious signs of trauma in an adult male.” The victim was taken to a hospital where he died.

Infowars announced in a statement that reporting White’s death was “deeply sad”.
“We feel so sad to tell you that Jamie White was brutally murdered around midnight Sunday night, partly due to policies of Soros Austin, Texas, and Da Jose Garza, Texas,” the store’s statement reads.
“We promise that Jamie’s tragic death will not be futile and that those responsible for such meaningless violence will be brought to justice,” the statement continued. “Jamie’s important work will be carried out through Infowars, our readers and our precious listeners.”
