One person was killed and five injured while shooting at Woodland Hills mansion party

A 16-year-old boy was killed and injured earlier Sunday at a “flying party” at a Woodland Hills mansion, attracting more than 200 people, Los Angeles police said.
Police said officials responded to multiple reports at 1:30 a.m. that there was a shooting at a large party at a 5900 block of Winnetka Avenue.
According to the LAPD’s homicide lieutenant, between 200 and 300 people who attended the party gathered at home for a “flyer party” named after the advertisement. The party is known as the VIP event.
“Some kind of alternation happened, resulting in multiple shots,” Golan told KTLA-TV.
According to an eyewitness speaking with Ktla, the suspect began driving the property after a debate with the security guard. The 16-year-old died at the scene. The other victims were five men – 19, 21, 25 years old, and 2 were 34 years old. They were taken to the hospital.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
The house between Hatteras and Oxnard Street is at the end of a long driveway on a hillside near Winnetka Avenue. The 8,000-square-foot “Mega Mansion” is listed on Bookings.com for $2,100 per night. Golan said the house is well-known for hosting parties, but is not considered a problem place.
“Nothing,” he said.
