The message read: “You can run away from your actions, but you can’t hide from your thoughts.”

At the bottom, Rylan simply wrote “amen” and left it at that.

The presenter hosts the Strictly Come Dancing spin off show and the series recently hosted their Halloween episode.

Viewers were in stitches after they saw Rylan’s iconic costume and turned to social media to share in their joy.

Rylan burst onto audience’s screens wearing an exact replica of himself during his X Factor days, complete with long blonde wig and large fluffy coat.

Fans loved his look and took to Twitter to gush over his innovative costume.

One wrote: “Rylan dressing as himself from the X Factor for Halloween is amazing!”

Another added: “Omg, watching Strictly: It Takes Two, Rylan your hair. I remember you when you had hair like this on X Factor all those years ago,” before they told him he was “looking good”.

However, some fans didn’t quite understand the reference and didn’t understand who he was supposed to be.

A confused viewer typed: “Who is Rylan meant to be on Strictly? Julia Fox? Very confused right now.”

Another commented that the BBC Radio 2 star looked “amazing” but they “had no clue who he was supposed to be”.

One hilarious joke came from someone that claimed Eurovision star Sam Ryder “wanted his hair back”.

The rest of the Strictly Come Dancing cast joined in the festivities and fans were happy to see that their favourite dance critics were getting into the spirit.
