Fans of Little Mix were left feeling disappointed when they received signed copies of the band's new album, minus Jesy Nelson's signature.
The foursome released their sixth album, Confetti, earlier this month and their loyal followers were quick to order copies.
However, fans were gutted when they realised that the album had only been signed by Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "@LittleMix Loving the album so far! Although SO gutted as I ordered the signed CD from @amazon and it’s arrived today although it’s missing Jesy’s signature!*cries in palms* – This is not gay rights lol."
A second posted: "Recieved the signed edition album today #Confetti#birthdaygift but seems to be missing Jesy's signature. Has anyone else had this happen? (sic)."
Another fan shared: "I ordered this for my daughters Christmas present and the same has happened to her one."
Jesy's missing signature comes after she pulled out of hosting the MTV European Music Awards with the band, as well as the final of their BBC talent show The Search.
A spokesman for the group said in a statement: "Jesy is unwell and will not be appearing on tonight’s final of Little Mix The Search.
"She will also not be hosting or performing at tomorrow’s MTV EMAs."
Jesy, 29, was also noticeably absent from Children in Need on Friday evening – with fans taking to social media to air their concerns.
During the annual TV event on BBC, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock appeared in a pre-recorded segment with Diddy Dick and Dom.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "I’m just thinking of how funny the Little Mix segment on #ChildrenInNeed could have been if Jesy was feeling better and able to take part."
Another added: "Interesting. Jesy missing again from Little Mix. Wonder what's going on there… #ChildrenInNeed."
