Georgia Harrison says sex video ‘nearly killed her’ as Stephen Bear is jailed

Georgia Harrison has admitted she "almost died" as a result of the stress of her revenge porn ordeal after ex Stephen Bear shared sexual footage of the pair online without her consent.

Bear, who found fame on MTV's Ex on the Beach, was jailed for 21 months last week following a two-and-a-half year case that left 28-year old Georgia 'crushed' and hospitalised through stress.

Following the conclusion of the trial, however, the brave former Love Islander opened up about her struggle, vowing she will not be broken.

Georgia revealed she first discovered Bear's crimes after logging on to his OnlyFans account and discovering a screenshot of the pair having sex in his garden, which had been recorded on CCTV.

She was horrified further by 33-year old Bear's caption, in which he said he'd offer new subscribers a 50% discount to "see me f*ing this b****h in my garden".

Georgia told the Sun: "I almost died. When it first happened, the physical effects on me were just horrific. I had acne come up all over my face. I ended up getting a cyst infection – the cyst eventually burst – and I was in hospital from stress.

"They said my kidneys, my pelvis, and multiple organs were infected, and I was going into septic shock."

Georgia explained that Bear had admitted there were indeed "cameras she was unaware of" at the time of the video being made in August 2020, but that he defended recording footage, acting "like it was an accident".

She warned him, however, that if anyone ever saw the video it would "ruin her".

As a result, Bear could soon find himself on the end of further self-inflicted woe having ignored that warning – with the news Georgia intends to sue him for loss of earnings.

"People don’t realise how much this damaged my career," she said.

Adding: "I’ve gone through two years of being dropped by every brand who ever worked with me. My career was thriving prior to it."

Bear was convicted of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films. He was subsequently placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years and handed a restraining order.

Georgia, meanwhile has been busy filming a documentary about her ordeal, "Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, which will air on ITV2 on Monday (March 20).
