But not all the talk is about football in big lights, because what just happened in the NBA: Luka Doncic was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers.

An NFL star talked about the industry with Fox News digital deal, which shocked them as the Dallas Mavericks sent their 25-year-old superstar defender away.

“There is no trade in history, and I think that really compares this type of deal,” said the Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs. “The top three players in the NBA are 25 years old and are in his career – literally, the face of the fan base – basically going to be exchanged for peanuts? I don’t think there is anything comparable.”

Jacobs mentioned Cleveland Browns’ star Myles Garrett’s formal request for a deal, and the fun of watching the game. But this only “scrambles some feathers” in Jacobs’ eyes.

Doncic trades are much more than they do in the sports world, let alone the NBA.

Even some players who watch basketball from time to time can’t understand the mavericks of their own franchises. Free agent receiver Braxton Berrios even thought that something must be behind closed doors because of how that buttons are for the public.

“When that, my partner got my phone and he left, ‘You’ll never believe what just happened.’ I was like, “What? “Luca just started trading,” recalled Berios. “I think it’s crazy, we didn’t know there had to be a backstory there because you don’t trade the cornerstone of the franchise.
